Drank From: bottle, poured into a pint glassI first noticed that this beer was more grainy/meaty than I expected. There was a sour, muck taste that lingered in my mouth a little too long. The appearance was average, as was the drinkability. I have not been impressed with Saranac as a whole, but I'm not pouring it down the drain either.

For me to begin reaching your level of understanding, can you make a post for Beer 101? quick description of what makes up an IPA? Lager? Etc?
